The thing about the world of media that bugs me the most is how impossible it is to pitch ideas when you are no one of real importance.
At risk of tootin' ye olde horn, I have a steller idea or two for Supernatural's last season, and no one who actually matters (pertaining to the show) will ever know.
I do realize that no living person can ever hear (or should ever hear) every idea thrown at them by their fan base, and it makes me sound and feel like an idiot fanboy to even express that I have ideas that are better than someone else's.
I guess what I'm begging for is some kind of outlet for ideas that are not just fan-based and run. It would be a huge incentive to write something and know that it will actually get to a channel high enough to really do something, instead of just getting lost in the masses of information.
And also Supernatural should have a contest for a walk-on role :P
If only Jensen and Jared knew the traumas their fans endured! I work in the media and want to attend the LA or Vancouver Supernatural convention but the organisers say their limited press passes are only for domestic media!
Is this how the programme-makers thank their international fans and audience for being loyal?!
And if they want to get more fans surely they should allow international media to cover domestic events... or hold events in locations other than the US and Canada.
The only solution is for CW to host their own Supernatural convention so ticket allocation and opportunities are fair. If the boys only knew their British fans were getting dicked around...

Do you ever go on youtube and watch all the fan made Supernatural videos, and wonder to yourself, how on earth do they do that?! How do they take bits and pieces from every Supernatural episode and put them together to make one movie or video?! It's amazing how these fans get them done, I always figured they probably watch the videos on Windows Media Player and pause at the part they want to use, crop it and then add it to whatever *scratches head*. Boy was I naive to think that it was that easy!
So I decided to try it out myself, I found that I had a movie maker for windows on my computer! Voila! Now all I needed was to read the instructions and make my own Supernatural video :D Yah!
I've imported episodes, I've taken clips and trimmed them, I've added video effects and video transitions, I've put some awesome music, and ended it with credits.... In the end I ended up with the awesomest Supernatural video ever! (Well at least in my opinion :D).
Anywayz three days after my addiction to making a Supernatural video, I showed it to my sister and she loved it! Then I saved it on my computer and uploaded it to youtube (which by the way took like forever for me! I was so excited to see how it would do). Now it's on youtube, where millions of Supernatural fans can watch and hopefully enjoy it *shivers at the thought of millions judging her*. Well I thought it would rude and mean if I didn't share the link to my video with those of you who read this blog post, so without further'll do I present to you my FAN MADE SUPERNATURAL VIDEO!
